Bruce Rauner "Adamantly" Opposes Illinois Minimum Wage Hike

A day after GOP gubernatorial candidate Bruce Rauner offered some support for a minimum wage increase, video surfaces of him singing a different tune last September.
SPRINGFIELD - On Thursday GOP gubernatorial candidate Bruce Rauner clarified statements he made back in December saying he favors increasing pay for Illinois' minimum wage workers to as much as $10 an hour.

Now, there's another twist to Rauner's stance, as a video from September has surfaced in which he says he "adamantly, adamantly" opposes raising the minimum wage.

Illinois' minimum wage currently sits at $8.25 an hour, $1 higher than the national average. Governor Pat Quinn has said he supports increasing Illinois' minimum wage to as much as $10 an hour.
