BELOIT - A Beloit auto business celebrates 50 years in the industry. Roger Bryden started working for his father at Bryden Motors back in 1963.

After his dad's passing in 1984, Roger began the expansion of Bryden Motors. The dealership evolved from a very small two car show room to a 13 car show room. The service department also added ten extra stalls to give them the 16 stalls they have today.

Bryden says time's have changed, but the business hasn't.

"My father started with a handshake and a smile, and we've continued [that]. The laws have changed and the paperwork has changed, but it's still we go back to the basics. What we say is what we mean."

Roger's father, Bill, started the original business 63 years ago.
