Rockford - Christian Life stays on top of the technological curve. Every student from pre-k to high school will get to use iPads in the classroom to aid in their studies.

Today, they unveiled the initiative at the iPad expo.  The CLS Cheer Squad even showed off the gadgets with a special routine.  School officials say it'll make learning much more interactive and fun for students.  "Apple iPad has approximately 20,000 apps and growing geared for students and learning" says Christine Golembiesky, a teacher at Christian Life.  "So, we're excited to see and really to be on the cutting of what's happening in education right now."

So far, only Christian Life and the Forreston School District have iPads available for their students.
