WATERMAN - A driver chooses the wrong time to catch up on sleep.
Joshua Saver was arrested Saturday after falling asleep at the wheel and causing an accident. It happened near Kane Rd. on Route 30. DeKalb County deputies say Saver, who had been drinking, crossed into oncoming traffic and crashed into Allen Gembeck.
Both men suffered injuries, but are not considered life-threatening. Saver is charged with DUI, improper lane usage, and possession of cannabis.
