Stay away from Jay Cutler this week if you can. The Cowboys have the second best defense against the pass this season. And Cutler has the second worst QB rating in the NFL. He should get it going eventually, but not this week.
Stay away from the Bears running backs also. There's too much uncertainty there with Forte's ankle injury. He is expected to try to play, but how much and how effective will he be? And if he does play...that'll take minutes and carries away from Michael Bush.
What to do about Brandon Marshall. I'd lean toward playing him this week. He's too good to hold down for three straight weeks. Plus he has a history of rising to the occassion in big games, and Monday night football is always a big game. Play Marshall but only as a secondary receiver or a flex.
You've got to love what the Bears defense has done this season. They're forcing turnovers and racking up sacks. Meanwhile the Cowboys are minus three on the season in turnovers, and last week Tony Romo was sacked by the Buccaneers four times.. Play the Bears defense, and if your league has an IDP, Julius Peppers would be a good play this week.
For all those reasons I just mentioned, I'm not big on Romo Monday if he's on your fantasy team. It could be a long night for him with the Cowboys protection issues and the Bears strong defense
That's it for this week. Good luck!
