Skokie Police Officer Pleads Not Guilty To Police Brutality

MARSEILLES - One officer says he's not guilty of police brutality while handling a DUI suspect.

UPDATE: Michael hart, 43, pled not guilty to felony aggravated battery and official misconduct charges.  He is out of jail after posting a $75,000 bond.

MARSEILLES - Four LaSalle County Sheriff's deputies are in hot water after video emerges of them stripping a woman booked for drinking and driving.

Dana Holmes, 33, was arrested May 18th for DUI.  She had failed a field sobriety test, which showered her blood alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit.

But, it's what happened after that has her lawyer up in arms.

During the routine search, something was said to trigger an angry response from the deputies, who can be seen forcing Holmes to the ground, carrying her into an empty room, stripping her naked, and leaving her with just a blanket.
