IceHogs Stay Positive

The IceHogs aren't letting their losing skid get them down.
ROCKFORD-The IceHogs got in one final practice Tuesday morning before the year ended. There were plenty of smiles despite the fact the team is on a six game losing streak. The guys say they're trying to stay positive.

"Nobody likes losing, and we're in a tough stretch right here, so guys are just trying to keep the emotion positive. We had a fun practice today and tried to keep things light," says forward Garrett Ross.

"We're not producing the way we want to," says forward Jeremy Morin. "It can change over night. The next game we could come out and score seven (goals), so we have to keep that in the back of our mind."

The IceHogs will host Iowa Friday night and Grand Rapids Saturday night. They'll play at Chicago Sunday afternoon.
