MILWAUKEE, WI - The government shutdown is taking a toll on two of the Badger State's biggest industries.
Beer and brat manufacturers in Milwaukee say production of certain seasonal products have stalled. Some micro brew manufacturers have to gain approval through the Alcohol and Tobacco Bureau, but that department is shutdown.
The delay could cost some brewers $10,000.
Also, with no government meat officials setting a wholesale commodity price, brat producers like Klement's haven't been able to launch its new product line.
