Bears’ Cordarrelle Patterson was named first-team All-Pro by the Associated Press as a kick returner on Friday. He was also selected second-team All-Pro as a special-teams player. On top of that, the 28-year-old was voted to the Pro Bowl just a few weeks ago as a special-teams player.
Patterson leads the league with 825 kick-return yards. He helped Chicago lead the league in kickoff return average with 26.6 yards this season. They had just 19.1 last year, placing them last in the league. This is Patterson’s third time being named first-team All-Pro and being voted in the Pro Bowl in seven NFL seasons.
