The Bears roster has taken another big hit due to injury. Linebacker Jerrell Freeman has been place on Injured Reserve.

Freeman suffered a concussion and a pectoral injury during the Bears’ season opener against the Falcons last Sunday.

Freeman had ten tackles in the game before leaving. Last season he led the Bears in tackles with 110.

Second-year linebacker Nick Kwiatkoski will take his place in the starting lineup.
