The Bears could be better next season then they’ve been this season, but topping their 12-4 record won’t be easy, not against a difficult schedule.

The Bears will face a more challenging first-place schedule after winning the NFC North. In addition to the facing their division rivals twice next season these are the other teams they’ll face with their records this season in parenthesis:

Home opponents: Cowboys (10-6), Giants (5-11), Saints (13-3), Chiefs (12-4), Chargers (12-4)
Road opponents: Eagles (9-7), Redskins (7-9), Rams (13-3), Broncos (6-10), Raiders (4-12)
