Hollywood actors to stage reading of the ‘Mueller Report’ Monday night

Entertainment

NEW YORK (CNN) — In case you didn’t find the 448-page Mueller Report to be engrossing, a group of Hollywood stars are coming out Monday night to perform a play based on it.

They include Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Mark Hamill, John Lithgow and Alyssa Milano, Sigourney Weaver, Justin Long, Jason Alexander, Gina Gershon, Alfre Woodard, Piper Perabo, Kyra Sedgwick, Zachary Quinto, and Michael Shannon.

The title: “The Investigation: A Search for the Truth in Ten Acts.”

It will be live-streamed at 8 p.m. central time from New York City.

The play was written by Pulitzer and Tony award winner Robert Schenkkan.

Robert Mueller’s report came out in April.

It summed up the findings of his two-year investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

It did not find President Trump was guilty of obstruction but it also did not explicitly clear him of wrongdoing.
