Owner Gino Galluzzo says that Sam’s has a ton of amazing appetizers, but he is showing off the calamari. The calamari comes with both cocktail sauce and marinara sauce. Gino personally likes the cocktail sauce better because he believes that the marinara covers up the taste of the calamari, but Michelle says that she prefers marinara sauce with everything.
