District manager Chris Gerst and Assistant General Manager Zachary Esvang tell us that that they don’t mind cooking the food for you. They start off by showing us the All-American Feast which Chris says can feed about 5-6 people. It comes with ribs, coleslaw, beans, roasted chicken, and your choice of brisket, beef, or sausage. Chris also says that it is great reheated if you can’t finish it in one sitting. Famous Dave’s also offers a party room which is great for corporate parties. Next, Chris and Zachary show off their baked chicken wings. The flavors they brought were buffalo and mild which are fan favorites at Famous Dave’s.
