There are so many amazing things that will be inside the new Rockford Public Library but they’re also utilizing the great things outside. The Rockford Public Library wants to create an open space with their giant windows that open to the river. The windows will utilize high glass thermal performance and have low e-coating. It will really create an inviting space that allows the community to really see what’s going on in the library.
