MACHINE SHED CHEDDAR CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

2 lbs Russet Potatoes, shredded, cooked

1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1.5 cups Chicken Gravy

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1 stick Butter, melted

1/4 cup Onions, diced

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp White Pepper

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Fill a greased casserole dish with the mix. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
