CHICKEN FRIED STEAK
6 ounce eye of round cutlets, tenderized
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
20 Crushed saltine crackers
1 cup vegetable oil
Place flour in a pan.
Put all 3 eggs in a bowl and beat.
Dredge steaks in flour then egg wash.
Add crackers to flour mixture; then dredge steaks in mixture.
Let sit 10 minutes.
Place oil in pan over medium-high heat, add meat and cook until golden brown. Approximately 4 minutes on each side.
