Sautéed Savory Shrimp

12- 21/25 count shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1 ounce olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 ounces asiago cheese
4 ounces white wine
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Sauté shrimp in oil, garlic, and old bay seasoning for 3 minutes. Finish with white wine and lemon juice. Top with cheese. Roast in oven for 4 minutes. Serve with toasted french bread.
