SIGNATURE STEAK RUB
¼ cup kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons onion salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground coffee
½ teaspoon ground thyme
Combine all ingredients. Evenly rub on your selected steak, using about a tablespoon per pound.
Store remaining rub mixture in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard.
