Tuesday marks the 2nd anniversary of the shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.
The unarmed 18-year-old was shot by officer Darren Wilson. A grand jury decided not to indict the officer.
Brown’s death sparked days of protests in Ferguson and around the country. It also led to a complete overhaul of policing and court practices by the Justice Department.
Brown’s family has filed a civil lawsuit against the City of Ferguson.
