Charges against 4 teens, between 14 and 15 years old, are to be determined after a series of vandalism took place in a Rockton subdivision.

Investigators say the vandalism happened in the Pine Croft neighborhood on Saturday and included ‘vulgar and racist words and pictures.’

Officers are looking into whether the four are also responsible for damage to mailboxes in the Wright Place subdivision.

Charges are pending against all four; they were released to their guardians.
