Alert issued as 2 young Indiana girls in ‘extreme danger’, police say

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WISH) — A Silver Alert has been declared as the Indiana State Police searches for two young girls.

SBPD is looking for 6-year-old Halle Rushing and 1-year-old Eleanor Rushing. The girls could be with 31-year-old Adam Paul Rushing. Rushing is believed to be driving a black 2017 Dodge Journey with Indiana plate #AIG938.

Eleanor, Halle and Adam Rushing are missing from South Bend, Indiana which is 149 miles north of Indianapolis and was last seen on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 7:00 am. They are believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.

Halle Rushing is 4 feet tall and 60 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with a flamingo and a palm tree. The shirt says “OH HEY” on it.

Elenor Rushing is 30 inches tall and 30 pounds. She has light brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue and white striped shirt and red pants.

Adam Rushing is 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. Police say he is bald with green eyes, a full sleeve tattoo on his left arm and a “Swamp Monster” tattoo on his right forearm.
