A man, wanted for dealing cocaine in Freeport, turned himself into police on Monday.

Da’Marcus Strong was taken into custody at the Stephenson County Courthouse after being wanted on two felony warrants for allegedly dealing less than a gram of cocaine on two different occasions over the summer.

One of those deliveries took place within 1,000 feet of a church, leading to an additional charge.

Strong’s bond has been set at $20,000.
