AMBER Alert canceled for missing Tennessee baby; child found safe

UPDATE: Authorities say the 11-month-old girl was found safe Tuesday morning, according to WHBQ.

ORIGINAL STORY: Authorities have issued an AMBER Alert for a baby from West Tennessee.

Rose Graham was reported missing in Shelby County. The 11-month-old is believed to be with her father, 25-year-old Roscoe Graham. They were last seen in the 7500 block of Lowrance Road in Memphis.

Authorities believe Graham is on foot and in possession of a weapon. He allegedly made suicidal statements before his disappearance. 

Rose is described as a 3 feet tall female, weighing 22 pounds. Roscoe is 5 feet 11 inches, weighing 185 pounds. 

The toddler was last seen wearing a navy blue onesie while Roscoe was wearing denim jeans and a white T-shirt.

Those with information should call the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
