The Chicago Bears have been defeated 16-15 in a Wild Card matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Hosting their first playoff game since 2011, the Bears drove down the field in the final minute of the 4th quarter. Buoyed by a good kickoff return and Mitch Trubisky’s arm, the team got Kicker Cody Parkey within 43 yards of a victory.
However, with one time out remaining, Eagles coach Doug Pederson used it just moments before Parkey drilled his first try. Parkey tried it again, but his kick sailed left hitting the upright and the cross bar before landing in the end zone. The Eagles then kneeled the ball once to claim the victory.
