As part of their community policing strategy, the Beloit Police Department is conducting “community listening sessions” throughout Beloit neighborhoods.

The first listening session is being held tonight at the Boys and Girls Club at 1851 Moore Street from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The purpose of the listening sessions is to provide a meet and greet with the command staff, inform residents of any updates in the police department and to listen to any neighborhood concerns.

Beloit Police Chief David Zibolski will be in attendance at the meetings.
