Armed gunmen target a Belvidere gas station.
This happened at the Murphy Oil USA on Gateway Center Dr. in Belvidere just after 3am Friday. Surveillance video caught images of the suspect. In one, you can see a suspect grabbing some merchandise. The second photo shows the second suspect standing next to the victim.
Police say they held him at gunpoint and ordered him to open a safe. But, he couldn’t. One suspect then pistol-whipped him. The suspects ran out with some cash and merchandise.
