UPDATE 11:41 a.m.: The Boone County Sheriff’s Office has announced that they located Christopher Hernes and took him into custody.
ORIGINAL STORY: The Boone County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating 20-year-old Christopher W. Hernes, who failed to appear at a court hearing for the charge of Mob Action.
