A 26-year-old Janesville man now faces his fourth OWI charge after losing control in the snow this weekend.
Rock County Sheriff’s police arrested Jacob Nadler after witnessing his car spin out at the intersection of Sylvester and Washington streets in Janesville.
A deputy says he smelled alcohol on Nadler after pulling him over. Nadler subsequently failed a field sobriety test.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
