Three Rockford residents were arrested on Wednesday as part of a drug investigation that allegedly yielded cocaine, ecstacy pills, and two handguns.
Around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Unit and the Stateline Area Narcotics Team served a search warrant at a house in the 600 block of Royal Avenue.
Three people were arrested:
Jazmine Martinez, 31, was charged with armed violence, charges for possession with intent to deliver both cocaine and ecstasy, possession of a stolen firearm, and no FOID card.
Jose Martinez, 30, was arrested on an outstanding Rockford Police warrant.
Karrie Kinison, 23, was arrested on an outstanding Whiteside County warrant.
All three were taken to the Winnebago County Jail.
