On Thursday, June 28th, around 3 p.m., Rockford Police say officers pulled over four people in a car in the 600 block of Cunningham Street.
According to police, two of the males had handguns in their possession.
19-year-old Anthony Fambro was was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon and No FOID card.
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, No FOID card, and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver.
The two other occupants of the car, 20-year-old Damien Jordan and 20-year-old Arrionte Mahone were issued citations for traffic violations and possession of marijuana.
Fambro was taken to the Winnebago County Jail, and the juvenile taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.
