ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) - Crusader Community Health announced Friday that changes are coming to its West State Street facility.
Starting this summer, Crusader will start a $12 million building project, tearing down it's 1200 W State Street location and replacing it with a larger building.
Crusader has operated out of the former Muldoon High School for 47 years.
Representatives for the organization say the project will improve and modernize care for its patients.
Crusader says it has served more than 57,000 people in 2018 at its Rockford, Loves Park, Belvidere, and South Beloit locations.
