An elderly woman is robbed at gunpoint inside her own home Monday afternoon.
It happened in the 400 block of S. Johnston Avenue around 1 p.m. The woman, in her 80s, said two men forced their way into her home, both armed with handguns, and demanded money. She gave them cash before they took off in a dark SUV that was parked outside.
The woman was not harmed.
The suspects are described as two black males in their late teens or early 20s. Both are described as about 5’8”, 140 lbs.
