Four men were arrested in a prostitution sting in Rockford on Thursday night.

The Rockford Police Department’s S.C.O.P.E. team conducted an undercover operation targeting customers of street prostitutes. The department is instituting an “end demand” approach to combating prostitution by going after the “Johns”.

Jose Sanchez, 19, of Rockford, Peter Moore, 20, of Loves Park, Ndikumana Patrici, 48, of Rockford, and Jiriber Ndayiragjer, 22, of Rockford, were arrested and each charged with Solicitation of a Sex Act.
