Two goats wandered onto a beam on a bridge in western Pennsylvania — and officials had to step in to save them.
According to a Facebook post from Pennsylvania Turnpike officials, the goats wandered off a local farm and got stuck on the Mahoning River Bridge.
Pennsylvania State Police discovered the goats. Staff from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Turnpike collaborated to rescue them, the post said.
Employees used a PennDOT crane to grab both goats, the post said.
The animals were safely returned home, the post said.
