In celebration of World Breastfeeding Week, SwedishAmerican Lactation Consultant, Paula Hart, discusses the benefits of nursing and tackles some of the barriers new moms face.
Swedes offers free breastfeeding classes every other month. The next class is Thursday, September 21st. There is also a weekly support group every Tuesday from 1-2:30 p.m. in the Renaissance Pavilion.
