The Janesville man captured after a nationwide manhunt pleaded not guilty.
Jospehy Jakubowski appeared via video conference for his hearing today at a federal courthouse in Madison. He didn’t speak and refused to stand up when the judge entered the courtroom. Prosecutors say Jakubowski stole 18 guns from a Janesville gun shop, threatened schools and public officials, and sent an anti-government manifesto to the president.
Authorities caught Jakubowski after he was on the run for 10 days.
