An erratic driver is pulled over Wednesday evening, resulting in his fourth intoxicated driving arrest.
Police pulled over Matt Lowman, 52, of Janesville, after he was driving recklessly in the 1100 block of Columbus Drive. While speaking with Lowman, he showed signs of intoxication, and was placed under arrest.
Lowman has three prior OWI convictions.
He’s charged with OWI, possession of marijuana, open intoxicants and possession of drug paraphernalia.
