Kasich Brings Presidential Campaign To Illinois

John Kasich (R) visited the Land of Lincoln, in hopes of drumming up support from voters before next Tuesday’s primary election.

The first stop for the Ohio governor was in Lisle, where he told rally goers he’ll continue to run a positive campaign for the White House.  He believes resorting to name calling and placing blame on others isn’t what this country needs in a leader.

“We’re Americans,” said Kasich.  “We need to come together as Americans to solve the problems we have in this country.”

Kasich hasn’t won any primaries yet.  He also hasn’t finished better than third in any of them.  But, he remains confident he can still turn things around.
