FLORIDA (WTVO) — Zechariah, a 10-year-old boy from Florida, is dedicating his passion of running to honor fallen law enforcement officers.

To do so, he runs 1 mile for every fallen officer who has lost their lives while on duty this year. He ran for Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputy Troy Chisum Wednesday night.

You can see the full video of his run on his Facebook page.

He is joined by seven different agencies from Florida who follow him by foot or in a squad car for the mile.

Zechariah has ran 162 miles for fallen officers across the nation. He has also raised over $45,000 dollars to donate to Tunnel to Towers Foundation. To donate or learn more about his Running 4 Heroes journey, visit his website.
