ESMOND, Ill. (WTVO) — Firefighters from more than a dozen departments answered a call in rural DeKalb County Thursday afternoon.
Personnel responded to the scene in the 26000 block of Goelitz Road near Highway 64.
Flames were shooting from the house when crews arrived. No one was hurt in the blaze.
The state fire marshal has taken over the investigation.
