ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Two teens were arrested at the Red Roof Inn in Rockford over the weekend after officers found nearly a dozen people and two handguns in a hotel room.

Rockford Police officers were patrolling in the area of E. State Street and Bell School Road on Sunday, October 13th, when they saw several juveniles standing outside a hotel room at 7434 E. State Street. When officers approached, police say all but one of the teens went back inside the room.
