BELVIDERE (WTVO) – Meyer’s Tails Up Farm had a packed house Sunday afternoon for their annual Dog’s Day Out.
Dog’s Day Out is a free yearly puppy party, inviting owners and their furry friends to come out and play. Dogs, young and old, of all sizes got the chance to play with toys, find treats in boxes, and even cool off in the puppy pool. Owner of Meyer’s Tails Up Farm, Gwen Meyer, says bringing your pups to fun events like this will make the bond between you and your pet even stronger.
“It’s a great time to get out and doing stuff. Your dog wants to do stuff with you. So right here at the beginning of the summer time we want to offer something to get people to come out and get going with your dogs. They want to build a relationship with you.”, said Gwen Meyer Owner Meyer’s Tails Up Farm.
This is the 5th year Meyer’s Tails Up Farm has held a Dog’s Day Out.
