BELVIDERE, Ill. (WTVO) — Chrysler’s Belvidere Assembly Plant will shut down for 3 weeks due to a part shortage, according to a source within the company.

The work stoppage begins Monday.

This is the second time the facility has shut down this year. The first shutdown happened in February due to a computer chip shortage then. That closure lasted for a week.
