ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) – Rockford fire is back on the scene of a blaze that began around 8 p.m. last night.

Calls came in Tuesday night about two vacant buildings on fire at the South Main Street and Mill Street intersection.

Rockford Fire sent out a release saying the fire was brought under control around 10 p.m.

Members of our news team arrived at the scene for footage. They saw an active fire and notified the Rockford Fire Department.
