Fifth OWI offense for 35-year-old man arrested Saturday morning

JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — 35-year-old Enrique Vara was first pulled over for speeding, but then arrested for his fifth offense of operating while intoxicated (OWI) on Saturday, July 27th around 4:30 a.m.

The stop was made in the 4400 block of Whilden Ct.

According to officials, Vara’s charges are OWI fifth offense, possession of Cocaine, possession of THC, possession of Drug Paraphernalia, obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property and probation violation.

Vara is being held at Rock County Jail on his charges, officials reported.
