MONROE CENTER, Ill. (WTVO) — Officials with Monroe Township Fire and Kirkland Fire and Rescue responded to a grain bin fire at a farm in rural Monroe Center on Tuesday.
Firefighters were called to the farm around midday. Crews on the scene reported a large grain bin had caught fire.
The bin was emptied to rid it of flammable residue. No major structural damage or injuries were reported.
