Forreston Fire Protection District rescued a diver

FORRESTON, Ill. (WTVO) — Forreston first responders rescued a driver stranded in two-feet of water. 

The Forreston Fire Protection District found the driver Wednesday around 4:30 a.m.

They did not specify the exact location. 

First responders moved the driver out of the water in under five minutes. 

Nobody was injured. 

The Forreston Firemen’s Association reminds drivers to avoid standing or running water on the roads.
