Full schedule for Rockford’s 2019 ‘Festival of Lights’

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford’s “Festival of Lights” will be celebrating its 30th year at Sinnissippi Park.

There will be 20 new displays this year, including one made in memory of Joe Marino, who founded the “Festival of Lights” and died last year.

The event kicks off on November 29th and runs every weekend in December, and the lights will be on for 24 hours on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Santa Claus will be appearing from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on 11/29 – 12/1; 12/6 – 12/8; 12/13 – 12/15; and 12/20 – 12/23.
