Hard Rock’s casino proposal is heading down state on Monday

ROCKFORD (WTVO) – Come Monday, Rockford will sign, seal, and deliver the casino proposal to the Illinois Gaming Board.

Mayor Tom McNamara, Hard Rock representatives, along with spokesman Rick Neilsen and his family are coming together officially submitting the Hard Rock Casino’s proposal for a casino license down state.

This comes after long consideration from the city, who could have sent more than one proposal to the gaming board.

Hard Rock has promised to had a temporary casino built within 90 days of getting its license.
